Care Options During COVID

We are still functioning under the CDC and the MD State Vet Board's guidelines during the COVID-19 pandemic.  We are very happy to have been able to remain open during COVID-19 so we can be available to help you and your pets.

If you prefer, we still offer curbside care as one possible option, as we have successfully since the start of COVID-19.  Simply call from your car when you arrive and let us know you are on-site. We will come collect your pet when the Doctor is ready to examine them.  You need to alert us prior to our technician retrieving your pet if you have a fever, cough, or other symptoms consistent with COVID-19, or if you have been ordered to quarantine by a health professional or government agency.  The Doctor will call you once they examine your pet, answer any questions you may have, and make a treatment plan with you.

You can also now come inside with your pet if you want.  You do not need to call when you arrive - just come in when it is time for your appointment and let the receptionists know who you are.  Masks are recommended by the CDC for non-vaccinated or immune compromised individuals, but are optional for all others.  Our employees are masked for your protection.  You must remain curbside if you have a fever, cough, or other symptoms consistent with COVID-19, or if you have been ordered to quarantine by a health professional or government agency.

Medication pickups - Three options - you can come inside to pick up and pay for medications and supplies as always.  A second option is curbside service - just call when you are on-site and we can collect payment and bring meds out to your vehicle.  As an alternative, we have a well-marked window on the left side of our building that you may utilize to pick up meds - just come up to the window and hit the doorbell button.
