CURBSIDE CARE IS SIMPLE!
We are still functioning under the CDC's guidelines during the COVID-19 pandemic. Veterinary practices are currently only allowed to schedule appointments for medically-necessary services. Except in certain specific circumstances, clients are not allowed to enter the building.
Curb-side service is really easy. You simply call us once you arrive in our parking lot and we'll take it from there. Our receptionist will collect your info, a technician will take your pet inside where their appointment will be completed, and if applicable one of our Doctors will call you to go over their findings and the treatment plan. After your pet's appointment, a receptionist will call you to go over get you checked out, and a technician will bring your pet and any medications and paperwork back out to you in your car.

If you're unsure if your pet's health reminders or current issue is deemed "medically necessary", we will be more than happy to help - just give us a call. At this point, the timing of the relaxation of any social-distancing requirements is still anyone's guess - but we are tentatively scheduling non-medically necessary appointments for later this summer. Hopefully by that time, we will be in our new facility!
